At Samaya Watch, we take pride in the craftsmanship and reliability of our timepieces. To ensure your peace of mind, every Samaya Watch is backed by a limited warranty and comes with an official Warranty Card at the time of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Wooden Watches – 12 Months
Steel Watches – 24 Months
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase as indicated on your Warranty Card and covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
✅ What’s Covered
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any part of the watch that proves to be defective due to:
Mechanical or movement malfunction
Defects in craftsmanship (case, dial, hands, clasp)
Water resistance failure (if used within specified limits)
❌ What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, or aging of wood or metal surfaces)
Battery replacement (for quartz watches)
Accidental damage or misuse
Water damage due to improper handling or crown being left open
Damage from unauthorized repairs or servicing
Strap, crystal, or crown damage caused by external impact
Loss or theft
📦 Warranty Claim Process
Keep your Warranty Card safe. Claims without the original card may not be honored.
Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Contact us via email admin@samayawatch.com with a clear description of the issue. Attach images or videos if possible.
If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement. If your model is no longer available, we may offer an equivalent alternative.
⚠️ Important Notes
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The Warranty Card must be duly stamped and dated by an authorized Samaya Watch retailer at the time of purchase.
Any unauthorized service or repair will void the warranty.
Customers may bear shipping charges for sending products to our service center, unless otherwise stated.
